- Select the type of booth you previously purchased
- Choose from the three upcoming events that you would like to redeem your purchase towards
- Enter the Receipt/Order Number from your original purchase

- Load-in Information is sent out three weeks in advance of the event date.
- Load-in times: Saturday 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Please be there by 10:00 AM.
- Load-out times: anytime after 7:00 PM at your preference. We strongly recommend a solar bulb so you may remain open during the evening.
- We welcome all vendor categories.
- Festivals are rain or shine.
- Full permission to sell and display products and retain 100% of sales revenues.
- You may share your booth with another vendor.
- Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. It is a privilege for us to be allowed to rent this beautiful park.
- Each vendor is provided a display space, in a high foot traffic location. Participants may display from a vehicle, a trailer, or under a canopy tent.
- We do not pre-assign spaces. Vendors are loaded in sequentially as they arrive. That works out best. There is no difference in foot traffic. There is plenty of open space for everyone, and you can be side-by-side with a friend.
- Refund Policy: Full and immediate refund if this event does not take place prior to May 25, 2026. Otherwise, there are no refunds on postponements.
- Venue and/or event dates may change without notice. Events may occasionally be combined to satisfy the published Attendance Estimate.
- FREE admission Promo Code given to your entire on-site team, that they may share with co-workers, families, and friends.
- Shore Power is sporadic. If electricity is required, please be sure to bring a quiet camping generator. Please know if your generator is too loud, the venue will ask you to leave.
- Obtaining the proper Health Department Permit, and any other required Permits, in order to serve food and beverage at the listed venue location, is solely the responsibility of the Vendor.
- Truly a LOT of fun with great crowds. These are all suburban homeowners and young professionals, with high levels of discretionary income. This is a customer base that is active, impulsive, and easy to engage.
