We are pleased to welcome your participation. This year, our festival admission is just $7, and parking is FREE, to guarantee strong attendance (thousands of suburban shoppers). And we have discounted the pricing to make your activation be more cost-effective than ever: Premium high-traffic display spaces begin at just $575. Looking forward to seeing you again!

Would you like a :60 second Emcee shout-out from the Main Stage, where we bring up one of your team members to engage with our crowds?

Would you like to be featured on the Main Stage with a 4′ (high) x 6′ (wide) banner? You provide us the artwork, and we will gladly print and hang it.

Would you like to add your logo to our web site here and have a social media story on all of our platforms? Your marketing reach will exceed 200,000 visitors who are local to your store location.

  • Free parking.
  • Load-in Information is sent out three weeks in advance of the event date.
  • Load-in times: Saturday 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Please be there by 10:00 AM.
  • Load-out times: anytime after 7:00 PM at your preference. We strongly recommend a solar bulb so you may remain open during the evening.
  • We welcome all vendor categories.
  • Festivals are rain or shine.
  • Full permission to sell and display products and retain 100% of sales revenues.
  • You may share your booth with another vendor.
  • Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. It is a privilege for us to be allowed to rent this beautiful park.
  • Each vendor is provided a display space, in a high foot traffic location. Participants are expected to bring their own canopy, display booth, display racks, accessories, and any booth support materials.
  • We make sure you have exactly the space location you most desire on Load-in Morning. There is plenty of open space for everyone. Please do not worry. We have the perfect space for your customer engagement, and you can be side-by-side with a friend.
  • Truly a LOT of fun with great crowds. These are all suburban homeowners and young professionals, with high levels of discretionary income. This is a customer base that is active, impulsive, and easy to engage.
  • Full and immediate refund if this event is cancelled for any reason. Unfortunately, we cannot honor refund requests in the case of a No-Show, or if the request is made less than 45 days prior to the event date.
  • FREE admission Promo Code given to your entire on-site team, that they may share with co-workers, families, and friends.
  • Shore Power is sporadic. If electricity is required, please be sure to bring a quiet generator.
