We are pleased to welcome your participation. This year, our festival admission is just $5, and parking is FREE, to guarantee strong attendance (thousands of suburban shoppers). And we have discounted the pricing to make your activation be more cost-effective than ever.  Looking forward to seeing you again!

  • Free parking.
  • Load-in Information is sent out three weeks in advance of the event date.
  • Load-in times: Saturday 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Please be there by 10:00 AM.
  • Load-out times: anytime after 7:00 PM at your preference. We strongly recommend a solar bulb so you may remain open during the evening.
  • We welcome all vendor categories.
  • Festivals are rain or shine.
  • Full permission to sell and display products and retain 100% of sales revenues.
  • You may share your booth with another vendor.
  • Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. It is a privilege for us to be allowed to rent this beautiful park.
  • Each vendor is provided a display space, in a high foot traffic location. Participants are expected to bring their own canopy, display booth, display racks, accessories, and any booth support materials.
  • We make sure you have exactly the space location you most desire on Load-in Morning. There is plenty of open space for everyone. Please do not worry. We have the perfect space for your customer engagement, and you can be side-by-side with a friend.
  • Truly a LOT of fun with great crowds. These are all suburban homeowners and young professionals, with high levels of discretionary income. This is a customer base that is active, impulsive, and easy to engage.
  • Refund Policy: Full and immediate refund if this event is cancelled. Refund requests made less than 45 days prior to the event date will not be honored. There are no refunds for “no-shows”.
  • FREE admission Promo Code given to your entire on-site team, that they may share with co-workers, families, and friends.
  • Shore Power is sporadic. If electricity is required, please be sure to bring a quiet generator.
