- Free parking.
- Load-in Information is sent out three weeks in advance of the event date, and again two weeks in advance. Be sure not to mark our Mailchimp delivery addresses as “spam”.
- Load-in times: Saturday 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Please arrive by 10:00 AM to guarantee placement.
- Load-out times: anytime after 7:00 PM at your preference. We strongly recommend a solar bulb so you may remain open during evening hours.
- We welcome all vendor categories.
- Festivals are rain or shine.
- Roaming Security is provided overnight on Saturday night. Please do not leave any items of high value. The Festival assumes no responsibility over lost or missing products.
- Full permission to sell and display products and services, and retain 100% of sales revenues.
- You may share your booth with another vendor.
- Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. It is a privilege for us to be allowed to rent this beautiful park.
- Each vendor is provided a display space, in a high foot traffic location. Participants are expected to bring their own tent or canopy, tables and chairs, display racks, accessories, and any booth support materials.
- A cart, wagon, or a dolly is strongly recommended to assist with Load-in.
- Display spaces are assigned sequentially on Load-in Morning, but there are generally several locations to choose from. Locations are not pre-assigned, but have relatively equal foot traffic. This is done so you may be side-by-side with a friend.
- Truly a LOT of fun with great crowds. These are all suburban homeowners and young professionals, with high levels of discretionary income. This is a customer base that is active, impulsive, and easy to engage.
- Refund Policy: Refund requests made less than 45 days prior to the event date will not be honored. There are no refunds for “no-shows”. Most of our vendors do very well, but a few do not. The Festival assumes no responsibility for a vendor’s sales.
- On-site attendance varies from year to year depending on several factors, including weather and nearby events happening on the same date. No festival can make a guarantee or promise regarding attendance numbers.
- Festivals locations, dates, and durations are subject to change, due to cataclysmic weather, a government order, or some other circumstance beyond our control. Postponed festivals are made-up within seven months of the original date, at no additional charge to the vendor.
- Display space pricing is the same for both one-day and two-day events.
- FREE admission Promo Code given to your entire on-site team, that they may share with co-workers, families, and friends.
- Obtaining the proper Health Department Permit, Fire Department Permit, TABC Permit, and any other required Permits, in order to serve food and beverage at the listed venue location, is solely the responsibility of the Vendor.
- Shore Power is sporadic, and not guaranteed. If electricity is required, please be sure to bring a quiet generator.
